One of my favourite things about working for G Adventures is the global nature of the business and how the company invests in travel for our worldwide staff.

As a full time, permanent employee, one of the benefits that G offers is the opportunity to go on a yearly FAM (Familiarization) Trip which allows our employees to better understand the business. We can choose from hundreds of trips; any destination that G travels to!

G Adventures also flies staff to events such as G Stock (our annual conference), Connection Camp and Leadership Camps which are held in a different country every time.   For many people, it’s their first time travelling outside of their home countries and for some their first time on a plane.
